  • Avoid technical jargon where possible; favor clear, everyday language (for example in place of ‘Cardiology’ consider using ‘Heart Health’.)

Color Palette

All materials should use the approved Insight color palette.

Bolder colors (orange & pink) should be used as accent colors only.

A maximum of two brand colors should be used on any print or digital materials.

Teal, orange, & pink may be used for headlines when bold & clearly legible, but should never be used for body copy.

Hexagon Shape

Derived from the Insight logo, the hexagon is a bold, adaptable symbol that brings continuity across the brand.

Rich in cultural symbolism and representing balance and harmony, it connects Insight’s identity, culture, and the communities we serve through a consistent visual language that is easy to apply across all formats.

Border Hexagon

Used as a solid border shape in primary locations.

Inner edges should be sharp.

Outer edges should be soft/rounded.

Border thickness must remain consistent across all applications.

Window Hexagon

Functions as an open “window” rather than a filled shape for images that illustrate the message of the copy.

Hexagon patterned border or wallpaper may be used to add visual interest.

Should clearly reveal the image with background behind it.

Hexagon Pattern

The hexagon pattern may also be used as either a wallpaper or a border treatment.

The border treatment should not be placed next to an area with the wallpaper treatment.

The white hexagon pattern can be placed on any brand color background, and colored hexagon patterns may be used on a white background, as long as no text appears over the pattern to ensure readability.

When applying a colored hexagon pattern to a colored background, the pattern and background should be the same color, and text may be placed over the treatment in these applications.

Webpage Hexagon

Light-blue hexagon border only on website provider pages.

For use only when multiple provider headshots appear together to create visual consistency, maintain a clean look, & support clear organization of large provider groups.

This ‘hexagon-lite’ border preserves the hexagon style without overwhelming the layout.
